8-WEEK COURSE

MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION AT WORK

Mindfulness and Meditation and the busy always-on nature of work – seem like a contradiction don’t they? Absolutely not! Mindfulness and Meditation encourage you to be fully present in the current moment, plus they can help super-charge you. That means fully contributing at work, bringing your unique skills and creativity, as well as creating happiness and growth in the rest of your life.

INTRODUCTION

Mindfulness & Meditation At Work

This course will give you an overview of what is Mindfulness and the benefits of Meditation before diving deeper into simple practical techniques to help you achieve health, wellbeing and success. You will be able to apply these techniques at work but also in the rest of your life and for the rest of your life. We will also explore how living a mindful life can lead to great transformation. Meditation is a technique of finding wellbeing in the present moment before any stress happens; being happy and satisfied with the simple sensation of breathing. Fairly rarely are we fully dedicated to one thing; we allow ourselves to be interrupted by streams of data or other distractions. The ability to focus only on what we choose is an essential skill. Each week we will explore some theory on a specific subject, which be combined with practical meditation. Homework of daily meditation practice is encouraged and there is the opportunity for additional ongoing remote support in-between weeks should you need it. You have one life, it’s yours… How are you going to live it?
